Justice Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal

Shri Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal was born on 19/06/1965 in village pendra of Bilaspur District which now comes in District Gourella-pendra-marwahi. His Schooling Took place in pendra. In 1982 he passed Matric Exam. After that he completed B.Com in 1985 and L.L.B in 1988 From Dr Hari Singh Gaur University, Madhya Pradesh. He practised as an Advocate in Civil Court, Pendra Road and District Court, Bilaspur.

On being appointed as Civil Judge Class-2 joined the services in District Court,Bilaspur on 24/05/1994. After that he was posted at various places and subsequently joined as District Judge Balod in 2015. After that he was transferred to Raigarh. He was appointed as Registrar ( Inspection & Inquiry), High Court of Chhattisgarh in November 2018. In January 2021 he was given the additional charge of Registrar (Vigilance). On 7 October 2021 he took over as Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh. On 01/05/23 he took oath as Additional Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh. Took oath as Permanent Judge on 20th April 2026.
