Justice Ravindra Kumar Agrawal

Born on 31st July, 1968 at Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh, in the family of Late Dr. G.P. Agrawal (Retired Surgical Specialist) and Smt. Chandramukhi Agrawal.

Did schooling at Raipur & Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Took B.Sc. Degree from Government Digvijay College, Rajnandgaon and thereafter Law Degree from Law College, Rajnandgaon in the year 1991.

Enrolled as an Advocate on 14th September, 1992, and joined Law practice in District Court, Bilaspur and other subordinate Courts under the guidance of Late Pt. Ramakant Mishra Ji. Started practice in the High Court of Chhattisgarh from the year 2000 and dealt with various branches of law especially Civil, Criminal and Writ matters.

While practicing in the High Court, His Lordship was appointed as a Government Advocate in the year, 2017 and continued as such till December, 2018.

Was counsel for various private institutions like Bureau of Indian Standards, Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh etc. He was also in the panel of Advocates for the High Court of Chhattisgarh. His Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh on 20th October, 2023
